Where Do You Start
For anyone who has never undergone major surgery before, this can be a stressful time. Not just for yourself, but for your family and friends as well.

One of the most asked questions is about Potency. We have added some information to help you understand some of the issues.

If you wish to see Prof Costello to discuss robotic radical prostatectomy you may call Amber for an appointment. Consulting session times vary each week.
Before your appointment we request that you send by fax or by post the following:
- PSA results
- Prostate biopsy results
- Bone scan results (if performed)
- CT scan results (if performed)
- Your Doctor's referral letter
Amber will forward to you a registration form to complete, also to be faxed or posted back to us prior to your appointment. This form will ask about your contact details, health insurance and Medicare details, and the following:
- Past medical and surgical history
- A list of your current medications and any allergies you may have
